It consisted of:
- Deliver PPE on behalf of the HUG to people in quarantine
The civil protection personnel entered service at Colombières at 0800 and delivered until 1630. The meal was taken at Colombières.
Every morning, Lt David Galley received a list of people who needed deliveries the following day. While civil protection personnel delivered PPE to residents’ letterboxes during the day, he divided the delivery area into sectors and organised the teams for the next day.
Contact with beneficiaries
It was sometimes necessary to contact people in quarantine when access to the mailbox was impossible.
The number of deliveries varied day after day, between ten to twenty.
For health reasons, the teams wore gloves and masks.
Once all deliveries were completed, a report was sent to OCPPAM to confirm the smooth running of the day.
