The Monitoring domain was the rotating platform for ORPC information. He was one of the backbones of the organization. Working as an intelligence unit, the domain has been aware of everything relevant to the management of the ORPC and its missions.

Day after day, the Monitoring team recorded civil protection personnel present, those absent and those deficient. She also took care of summoning civil protection personnel according to the needs of the different heads of mission.

Based in the Valavran command post, it was active seven days a week, from 0800 to 1700.

Link with EMC PCi

Monitoring also provided the EMC PCi with daily mobilization statistics, such as the number of days of service, the number of people engaged, the number of vehicles engaged and/or available.

Here are some missions carried out:

  • Civil protection personnel planning
  • Monitoring of attendance and absences
  • Administrative tasks (information displays, creation of organization charts, acknowledgments, etc.)
  • Updating different databases

At the same time, the head of mission also took advantage of the mobilization to renew the WiFi, commission an A3 Color printer and install a new Switch.
